These are somewhat improved from the version I bought 1 year ago. They're a bit smaller, a bit brighter, and have a plastic base to place them on which allows quick and easy removal for charging. Very happy with these! E

These are great for R/C planes to easily add some extra bling (and extra visibility). The red/green/white is perfect for planes, and on some planes they look scale. They are very bright. I love the concept and I do use them every flight.. However, they are VERY hard to remove without tearing the mounting plate off the plane (hence the 4 star rating). I ended up epoxying the plate onto the wingtips. Then I VERY carefully remove the lights from the clips after flying (helps if you have fingernails) for charging. Some other members of my R/C club have started using them too.For the next version, I recommend:1. Make them easier to unclip from the mounting clips, and2. Include another set of clips (or 3) in the package to mount on different planes.They last about 2 hours total, maybe more. I usually turn them on and leave them on while I'm at the airfield, unless the pilot next to me complains about being blinded by the LEDs.

First off dont look at the lights when you turn them on they are super bright. I placed them on my carbon cub S2 and at altitude the lights are very visible. A passer-by at the park thought is was a real plane flying over head until I landed it 😂 excellent buy, easy to instal and charge up, I'll be getting this product for future R/C models.
