It worked and is working now for two months with out mishaps I did reseal the main and ash doors as well as hopper doors , so far so good. Englander 25 epi 2011 model year.

the only thing i had to do was replace the collar with the one i had on my other igniter, this one is a tad to round for the inlet , but does a great job at glowing red hot to start a fire

I bought this product because it was way cheaper than buying it off the England Stove Works website. I have a 25-PVD Englander pellet stove which in the description it says is compatible with this product. That being said when I received the igniter and went to install it in the stove, the collar was too big and did not fit. So a bit of a pain but not the end of the world because I had the old collar. After I put the old collar on the new igniter I installed it into the stove. Hooked everything up and tried to start the stove, it did not work. The igniter didn’t get hot enough to light the pellets so I pulled it out and contacted them and asked for a new igniter. I was promptly sent a new one which I had to switch collars again and I installed. The second one also does not light the pellets. So I took it out again and ordered the igniter off the England Stove Works website. When I went to take the collar off this time the igniter had expanded and now I can’t get my collar off. That all being said I would not recommend buying this product for a 25-PDV pellet stove.

It works perfectly. I used the collar off of the old igniter, the new one wouldn't fit. Not a big deal, I would order this again.

It was exactly what I wanted and it works great. Not real easy to install, but that's the way the stove is laid out. Will buy it again if I need one.
