Your cart is empty. The thermostat housing is located in the engine between the engine and the radiator. When the engine cools off below the operating temperature, the thermostat housing is closed.
The common symptoms of a thermostat housing leak are a stuck thermostat valve, an illuminated low coolant warning light, and the P0128 or P0125 code.
If the thermostat housing is broken or leaking fluid, it needs to be replaced as soon as you can.

It is backwards. It goes the wrong direction and is upside down for a 3.6L dodge. It was a waste of my time after taking it all apart and then realizing that it was completely wrong.

It will not fit a 2017 Chrysler 300C V6. I think this might work on only the Mopar vehicles that are FWD only.

The T stat is almost correct but inlet is on the wrong side. Wish the warning of numerous returns was present when I bought it.

Does not work for a 2013 Challenger mounts opposite direction required for fitment to upper hose.
