Sloppy workmanship and cheap material. It's Aluminum. Molten burrs on "machined" edges. Had to use file to get them out, but they went with anodized surface all together. Material way too soft.

I wasn't to sure how it would hold up given it's $15.99 CAD price tag but I was quite shocked that there were no shortcuts taken in quality and it looks to be every bit as good as similar products priced closer to $80I haven't had any issues yet and I've been riding with it daily, it's a huge improvement over the stock stem that came with my 2021 GT Aggressor Pro, I highly recommend it.

I needed to shorten the stem on my XC Bike to put me in an more upright riding position. Since I rarely ride trails at the moment, I paired this with a 720mm (31.8mm diameter) UPAN handlebar and it seems solid. I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far I a satisfied with the build quality.
