The item I received was clearly used even though I paid for new shoes. They came repackaged with a note claiming that the original packaging had been damaged, but the condition of the shoes suggests that it was not only the packaging that was the issue. The soles of the shoes are dirty. The labeling inside the shoes is faded. Extremely disappointing.

These have been hardy, well made shoes. We just bought a second pair in a new color as she outgrew these. Highly recommend.

We needed some durable sneakers for my 9 year old who seems to destroy every pair we get her in a matter of a month. These are a nice color and have remained intact so far! I like the sturdiness of the shoe. And my daughter says they feel good.

My daughter has a sensory issue where she doesn't like her socks rubbing on the tops of her feet, so any shoe that's too tight on the top of her foot gets rejected. She didn't think this one would work at first, but when we had to make one of the many pairs of waterproof shoes we tried work, she picked this one as the best and has been able to make them work. I do wish the laces were a tad shorter (they haven't dragged on the ground yet, but they look like they're threatening to do so, LOL).She jumped in a puddle or two and didn't seem to get her feet wet, so that's good. We haven't stepped into a stream with them or anything, though.

I HATE spending money on shoes because of how fast these kids grow out of them. But my kid plays rough and cheaper shoes always fall apart. I also could see a change in her walk because of them, or she'd be limping after school. These shoes are perfect. She's had them for a week and there is NO sign of wear and tear, they look brand new. She's asked to wear them every day. No limping, no complaining, no funny walk. These shoes definitely seem like they will hold up over time, and are well worth the price.

Happy with these for the price. My daughter hiked several miles on snowy, slushy, muddy trails, and they still look good. Seem to protect feet from water for the most part. Would buy them again.

We used these shoes for a trip to Scotland where it was rainy, cold, and more muddy than any American could ever conceive. My child walked through wet cold mud, plenty of standing water, and misplaced her foot sliding off a rock into a 40 Degree rushing creek…. Her feet remained dry and warm the entire time. The shoes still look new, they did not stain from all the mud. The grip was very good, and she did not slide going up or down the steepest inclines we’ve ever witnessed. She said they fit like sneakers and were very comfortable, so she was able to wearThem hiking and in the city, and home in the airport. Extremely versatile. She didn’t have time to Break them in before hand and did not get any blisters. Excellent shoes, and a fair value for what you’re getting.
