I ordered this specifically because it showed a seat belt, but it was not in the box.The box appeared to be unopened and new, so this is either an inventory mix-up or fraudulent listing.

This product was difficult to install on my riding mower. Then I sat on it one time and the flimsy metal bottom on it bent. It's been returned. Let's see how they handle that.

The seat itself is ok i suppose...the packaging was TERRIBLE looked luke my 9 year old boxed it...it had NO INSTRUCTIONS so hopefully you can assemble a seat on your own because its not together like i assumed it would be..the arm rests feel weak and unstable they will break! Cushions are ok..seat itself is ok.

The seat belt was not included in the package.Please ship a seat belt or I will have to return.ThanksUpdateI have been on the Amazon chat line all afternoon and no one can supply the misssing belt. They had to proccess a return. Very poor customer service from KELELM.

I replaced the seat on my zero turn mower I had to drill new holes to bolt it down but it works perfectly

Very satisfied with Price, quality, especially the chair is comfortable to sit on. Packaged very well but the only problem was missing seat belt.It has to be original package to get fully refunded but I already opened vinyl wrapping while looking for the seat belt. So I contacted the seller, for partially refund/sending me a seat belt.Everything went smooth after they reached me back. Great customer service and happy purchase overall. Recommended.
