I gave this 5 stars with a small caveat. It works for my use case although the instructions are lacking and loading photos is REALLY slow. After trying and returning Photospring, Vittanly, and Yaxtifiu digital frames, this unit works as advertised, for my use case. I was looking for a frame that would read and play photos from a USB stick and which either has a motion sensor or an on/off timer, and this can use a USB stick and has a timer that works. I haven't tried other use cases but based on my luck with my own use case, I expect it to work for others. FWIW, the Wifi connectivity seems to work and the picture quality is good enough. No, you won't get what you'd get on an OLED television or a high-end tablet, but it's good enough. The real kicker is the price; good value for the dollar. Recommended.

Bought the frame, but run into a problem. The photo show on the frame got frozen every 2 days or so. Contacted the support team via email, and followed their guidances to update the software and adjusted the setting, but nothing worked. Very frustrated about the quality. The support team finally said that they reported the issue to their R&D team. About a month has passed, heard nothing so far.

With this I can play pictures and video via a USB stick. No cloud account needed. USB stick needs to be formatted as FAT32 limiting the overall capacity to 32GB and an individual video (or picture) to 4 GB; this has not been a limitation in my case. Video files must be in .MP4 format and 1920 x 1080 (HD) or less resolution. The display quality is excellent for photos and videos.

Has a color cast for portraits.I shoot 95% landscapes.It's a really good picture frame for snapshots of people.For landscapes the color cast throws them off. I don't do a lot of photos of people, but the ones I did looked great.If that's what you want, it's fantastic. I also like the software that lets you dial in the photos.It has a "warm" color cast. If it were neutral it would get 5 stars.

I checked this frame out but before I used it, I found a cheaper one on Amazon so I returned this one. It is as described and except for the price I would have kept it.

Gave as a gift to my father-in-law for Christmas. It's easy for him to use but mostly because I can add pictures to it from my house. Great value for the money and looks so nice anywhere. Photos Upload quickly and the wifi works great!
