It definitely works yes. But I used it 2 days back to back as a plumber and after using it for about 1h on and off it got so hot that it stopped working. The next day was working again but not for long. I ended up buying a real turbo torch

I do not like this thing one is it has a dirty flame and so it makes soldering heard because it puts black on the copper joint introducing contaminants to the soldering area weakening and causing leaks two is the flame is not pin point enough and heats up surrounding area to much. third thing is you have to turn the nob like 6 revolutions to get it to light and the fourth thing is it is so top heavy on the gas canisters it falls over. I sat it down and it was standing up and the next thing I know I have a fire because it fell over and the heat it the tip was enough to start a fire with paper. The only good part I found handy was you can adjust toe head on your work so no need too hold it but then it wants to keep falling over. it will stand up but surface needs be smooth and level and you have no monkey around adjusting the head so its not so top heavy.

Ça fait une semaine que je l’utilise et rien a dire tout va très bien peut-être un peu moins puissante qu’un turbo torche à 120 $ mais pour 40 $ c’est dur à battre très satisfait
