I bowl in multiple leagues. My thumb constantly changes size so I have to use this to take up space.It sticks great, but doesn't leave behind residue when you take it off. The ball slides off your hand with ease as wellI've had people ask to use some when they had fitment issues and then they were hooked and asked where I got it.

I've tried cheaper brands but they always roll up or lose adhesion. Been going back to this for several years and it works great.

Excellent tape that has a slightly coarse surface to give a little added grip when needed. Definitely protects my hands.
