For 5.5 years, in my home manual/cnc shop, I have only used Sta-Lube Soluble Oil SL2513. That is no longer available on Amazon. I read good reviews about the Trim 455 so thought I would give it a try. I manufacture parts out of 6061. I did a tank and pump flush and mixed the Trim at 8%. I ran 64 milling and drilling cycles yesterday and I am very happy with the results using Trim. I like that it has a slightly greasy feel yet it does not stick to the parts. I can actually clean my parallels with compressed air between parts. With the Sta-Lube chips would stick to the parallels. A quick air blast on each part is all the cleaning needed. I have around 100 ball end mill pocket cycles to run next which creates tons of small chips. I can already see that simply cleaning will be much easier. Time will tell how this coolant affects tool life. So far very happy.

Seems to be working fine, odor is a little stronger than i would like at first. But has wore off mostly from when i first put it in my coolant tank. Would keep using that's for sure!

Good solution. Cools and lubricates as described. Way to pricey

This product seems slippery because it keeps my cutting tools sharp and it does not form rust on all the machines as the coolant that I was using before let everything form rust .But once again there arer no CLEAR instructions!??!

I like this coolant a lot better than oil. Easier to deal with cleaning up and can add a little water once some of it evaporates.

Last better than other brands. Doesn't leave a residue or stain parts. Easy clean-up.

After trying their misting fluid, I switched my lathe sump over to this microemulsion coolant. Easy to mix, no odor, hasn't rusted anything. Looks like skim milk after you mix it.
