This is stock replacement and works as should. First time had to replace and have had my Maxx several years with large motor and max 5 ESC. If ur Maxx makes a clicking noise when accelerating this is most likely the culprit...suggest switching gear on front diff as well.

Works great but it appears the one that was installed at factory got a chip out of the tooth. It's almost like it was coated and the coating broke off.
