My Traeger was tripping the GFCI breaker every time, so I've been smoking in the front yard with an extension cord which isn't ideal. After some research, it was recommended replacing to hot rod. This did the trick. It's been 2 years since I've been able to smoke in the backyard.

I went with the OEM part, which was somewhat more expensive, but the reviews on the not-OEM's are not very good. The item went into place as expected, and works fine. One note - be sure to NOT disconnect the leads from the controller right away, as these can be used to pull the replacement leads back into place. I did, and pulled the old leads out. Fishing the new leads back into place took time and perseverance that could have been avoided. The directions were good, and there are some online Youtube videos that helped, too.

So far so good installed it a few days ago it was a little aggravating but not to bad the grill is working like a new one

I found that watching one of the many YouTube videos on how to install was very helpful. Instructions that came with it, not so much. Works like a charm, though. Maybe 10-15 minutes to install. My original lasted 6+ years.
