The first day we used this bit our horses mouth started bleeding. We assumed she needed dental work and paid a vet do her teeth, and there was nothing wrong with her mouth. So we used it a couple more time, and every time the horse had blood coming out her mouth. So we did a close inspection and there were sharp edges that were cutting her tongue. Frustrating part is, my window to return the bit is closed, so I can’t get a refund even though we used it only a few times. Very unhappy about our purchase.

This bit says it is a 5" width but it doesn't fit at all like one. It is much narrower. Complete waste of money because it doesn't fit at all and I am unable to return it.
