Air bags and components seem good quality. Hose fittings aren’t the best. So I will look for better quality. Looking forward to trying them out.

Easy installation. Ubolts and other materials were not up to my standards . Soft threads on bolts. Be careful.

Product seems to be good quality, definitely improved the ride of my 1500. It's a lot more planted to the pavement. Have yet to tow with it, but installation was a breeze. Less than an hour and it was in!

The flange bolt that secures the bottom plate to the side of the Leafs is made out of extremely weak metal. I could not secure the nut to either side without snapping the bolt. If the metal cannot endure the stress of being installed, how would the rest of it be capable of holding the weight of "5000 lbs." This product is cheap, and the entire organization is faulty. The directions do not have the proper list of items that come in the box. The directions tell you to use parts that are not on the part list. Save yourself the headache of preparing your truck for install and then not being able to actually install it.

I have a 2015 Chevy 1500 which I added a 3.5” lift to. After installed the lift I noticed that the rear end sat noticably lower from the leaf springs having settled over time. What I settled on for a final suspension setup to correct the rear end height is the addition of an add-a-leaf and this bag kit.I did the add-a-leaf first, which if I didn’t regularly tow trailers probably would’ve been fine by itself, but I was still noticing a ton of sag anytime I hooked a trailer to it, so I did the bags also.Hindsight being 20/20 I probably would’ve went right to this bag kit and not messed around with the add-a-leaf but the combo is still totally fine as is and I’m very happy with itAny time I tow a trailer I add some air to the bags, even with my dump trailer maxed out with wood (second pic) it doesn’t take more than 40psi in the bags to take the rear end back up to the unloaded right height. The kit itself is awesome and very thorough. I made two modifications to the kit. First was to add a spacer kit, also from Torque, to ensure the right height aligned with my lift. Second, I replaced the push to connect fittings in the kit with compression type fittings and I also teed the lines from the two bags together so that I could fill from one point. For the fill port I located it in the gas door area.

A little dissapointed that i received airbags that clearly had been returned. It was missing the center bolts for attaching the air bags to the bracket and the brackets all had marks on them from bolts being tightened on them before. The bags work ok. Both of the fill valves came loose and had to be tightened. One bag seems to be slightly different from the other, as the same pressure makes each bag look a little different from the other. However, they have mostly held up over the past months. They would probably be fine if you get ones that weren't previously used.

Just as advertised. Easy to Install, and work as they should. Any person with basic skills can Install these in about 2 hrs or less if you have power tools or air tools maybe a little quicker. Only thing I would say is my valves that were Installed in the stems were poor quality. I had better ones in my tire repair stash so I switched them out, after that held air fine. I've been running 10 lbs for 3 days now just to see how the ride quality is. I recommend somewhere between 5 and 10 lbs for every day driving. I still have yet to put my camper on the truck to see how it evens out the load. When I do I'll add that to the review.

I tow a travel trailer with my 2018 Silverado 6.2L and needed air bags to avoid the bouncing on the highway here in BC Canada. I'm an aircraft mechanic of 20+ years, so the reviews saying instructions were lacking didn't scare me away. For the normally DIY person it might be daunting, but out of a scale from 1-10 I'd put it at a 4 for difficulty for the average non mechanic DIY'er.PROS:All the parts fit very well, and had slots and reliefs to fit properly. After install and test drive, all worked as expected. It even arguably smoothed out my ride when filled with 40PSI during my initial test drive.CONS:I'm not a fan of the driver side bag install where the parking brake cable rides along a non-chamfered edge of the bracket. Yes there'd a hole to zip tie the cable to, but just bothers me as an aircraft mechanic as it could potentially wear into the sheathing on the cable eventually. Minor issue overall. The carriage bolts are way longer than they need to be. A deep 9/16" socket doesn't quite tighten them down fully. A wrench is required.CON/PRO: The kit came with a heat shield for the passenger side but unfortunately does not illustrate it in the instructions (see pictures).I added a picture of 99% of the tools I used to install it. The average DIY'er may not have a 15/16" socket/wrench to install the nylon lock nut on the stem. Very limited access with a wrench.I lifted my truck and put it on axle stands, make sure to put the stands under the leaf spring plate otherwise they'll be in your way.Although the instructions say you don't need to remove the wheels/tires I did and installed most of it while sitting on a small folding chair.Once supported on jack stands and pump jack under the pumpkin as a safety backup, I used my high lift jack (farm jack, 4x4 jack) in the trailer hitch to help make a little more room between the body/frame and axle for easy bag install. If you do this, MAKE SURE TO CHOCK YOUR FRONT TIRES.I located the fill ports directly below the spare tire access port/door as it had an open area that was only plastic and I didn't need to drill into any metal potentially causing rust.I finished it off by applying a light coat of BOESHIELD to protect it.
