This thing worked really well the first few months, but after that it started dumping water out while running. I’ve tried everything to troubleshoot it but I think it’s just the product itself. Beware

This is a very nice reptile fogger. You fill it through the top, making it easy to fill and easy to clean. The plastic tube is kind of flimsy, but the fogger works great. It's good quality and has a good value for the money.

It survived just one year; the humidifier base's design causes regular leaks if the tank is not positioned absolutely precisely on it. Very inconvenient and prone to leaks. I am looking for another brand.

I purchased this product and it worked fairly well for the first couple of months. Then it began to leak water on the floor requiring me to unseat the water container from the bottom unit and reseat. Sometimes this would work and other times not for a brief period of time. After three months the unit died and will no longer power on. I don't think I'll risk replacing it with the same product line.

I really like this humidifier because you could fill it on the top and it makes it really easy. After 8 months a part of the fan stopped working. I contacted customer service because it's noted with the product that there is a one-year warranty. Heard back from them immediately and was sent a replacement and it was received in less than one week! I'm very satisfied with the customer service and everything overall!

It works for my baby crested gecko he/she is about a month and a half old. The only thing is the thermometer that it comes with doesn’t work but that’s okay because i have a different thermometer currently. Set up for my current situation was a little difficult. He/She is being upgraded to a bigger enclosure and will be moved across the house which may help for the set up of it but getting it so it’s the proper way was slightly difficult because i had a certain set up in mind but it just didn’t work for me (all problems on my end). Over all it works great! I just wish it had like a timer on it so i could have it go off at certain times while i’m at work. But in general once you set it up it works magically and gets a great amount of humidity in his enclosure. I would definitely recommend it!A couple hours of having it and i do truly love it! I also love that it comes with a 1 year warranty! Which is nice because that shows that they back their products!

I've started growing gourmet mushrooms in a gorilla grow tent & wanted a humidifier external to the tent to maintain proper moisture levels.I decided on this reptile fogger for several reasons-- Included hose for fogging into tent externally- Top fill design for easy refills / no hassle spilling water everywhere inverting to fill- Relatively big 4 liter capacity- Not digital control / will always turn on when it receives power if set to humidify (useful when using in conjunction with a timed switch or humidity controller / hygrometer switch)- Indicator LED is easy to cover with black tape for a light-sensitive sleeper- No beeping sounds when turning on & the ultrasonic whir is quiet- Sits decently & level on a 6.1" depth wall-shelf with minimal overhang- Relative decent price for size & featuresIt's been working great! I leave it on max power and have it plugged into my Elitech humidity controller. The combination has not been using very much water, which is great for not needing to constantly refill or purchase a lot of water.I'm hoping it will last long but will update if it does not. I am being sure to use only distilled water to fill it, as the minerals in tap water can clog the device & also be a nutrient source for contamination to grow. I am liking it so much thus far that I will be buying another to humidify my bedroom.

I have such a hard time keeping the humidity up in my chameleons cage. This makes a world of difference. It produces a great amount of fog. It's easy to refill and doesn't leak at all. At the highest setting, it does go though quite a bit of water. I have to fill it almost on a daily basis. I have a timer hooked up to it so that it runs all night and then on and off though out the day. It does what its supposed to do. I just wish it was bigger so it would run longer without needing to be refilled.
