I bought this as due to a recent sci my mobility isn't what it used to be and I was tired of having to ask for assistance in wiping my bum. But this tool wasn't it. It is very awkward to use and the toilet paper falls off while you are trying.to use it. The idea is great but it needs some revamping done to make it actually usable.

It does a good job but after the first wipe the rubber will will not hold tissues or even toilet wipes. I like it for fact it is not difficult to use and it let's go of the tissues fairly easy. I would recommend.

Frustrating and Ineffective - Save Your Money!⭐☆☆☆☆I recently purchased this product with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Loading tissue, paper, or even wet wipes into the end is almost impossible. I found myself wrestling with it for what felt like ages, only to finally get it loaded and ready to use.However, the frustration didn’t end there. When I tried to push the switch to release the contents into the toilet, it just didn’t work as advertised. Instead of a smooth operation, I ended up with a messy situation that was far from hygienic.In contrast, I bought a product called the Hygienic Helper, (black handle with green rubberized) and it has been a game-changer. Although it’s a bit more expensive, the long, curved handle makes it easy to reach, and the gripper at the end allows for a secure hold on the tissue. When I'm done, I simply push the lever forward, and everything releases cleanly into the toilet—no mess, no fuss.Save yourself the hassle and invest in something that actually works. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone!
