I bought this for my two year old and he loves it! It fits fine, a little bit big. The sleeves were a little longer than I expected but it doesn’t bother my son. It is lightweight so exactly what I was looking for for a late spring/summer rain jacket.

Bought this for my 3 yr old. He is a short, stout little guy and the fit was perfect for him. I'd say it's good for spring time and early fall as there is no liner for warmth and it's thin.

Is this a cute jacket? Absolutely. Does my almost 3 year old insist on wearing it almost every day so I have to dress him in layers when it’s 30 degrees out? Also yes. Is this jacket going to be passed down to someone else? Nope. For some reason the inside lining keeps tearing at the seams and not from vigorous wear and tear. It’s literally coming apart and fraying. So much that I’ve had to mend it 3 separate times. Maybe we got a jacket that didn’t pass quality control but still. If my son didn’t love it I would have given up sewing it back together 2 mending jobs ago. If you’re looking for a cute windbreaker and wanting to buy something of quality so more than 1 kid gets use out of it, this is not the jacket for you. If you’re okay that a jacket only lasts one season maybe less then get it.

You get what you pay for. It's more of a wind breaker than a rain jacket. The stitches were not through the pocket opening on the one side. Very disappointed since the shipping took some time.

I was so excited for this jacket, we live in New Orleans and it rains all the time most of the summer. We just came inside from playing in a rainstorm and wouldn't you know it, this jacket is anything BUT WATERPROOF. My son came in completely soaked, all the way through. I'm so disappointed. This jacket I guess will work if it's chilly maybe? But it's not going to stop the rain from soaking your little one.My child is 19 months, 2'9" tall and 27lbs. The jacket is big, as I intended him to grow into it and wear it for a year or two.

Its not your typical sturdy raincoat material I was interested in. The material feel very cheap not worth the price. Back to “Carter’s” I go.
