The difference in price (for 2 cartridges, no less) made me think the toner couldn't possibly be that good. I loaded it in my machine, and it works perfectly. Truly a great bang for your buck!

This toner has turned out to be probably the worst I have purchased. It leaks all over the inside of the printer and I will probably have to replace the drum because the toner is all over that as well. I read reviews where it might leak a little at the start but for our printer it has continued to leak all over the machine. The print quality is awful. Tried to save money and not buy the name brand but that turned out to be a mistake.

Our Brother MFC-5700DW has been around for a few years, and the print quality was becoming a real problem; the pages would look extremely dirty to the extent that we would send things to be printed at the UPS store. Having replaced the cartridge with the TN850, it's like a brand-new printer again - crystal clean paper and perfect printing! I only wish I had done it earlier!

I have a Brother 6200DW - 8 years old. The toner doesn't fusion quite as well, but I set the printer for better adhesion and these do quite well (Brother setup). I recently also replaced the drum unit - low cost 3rd party Amazon - and am comfortable with the quality.The only reason for the 4 stars is needing to set the adhesion level higher; otherwise, $20 for a toner cartridge versus Brother's $100+ is a non-brainer.
