The best way to plumb a disc/disc system when the master is under the firewall is with a four wheel disc brake combination valve (PV4) and a two pound residual valve (RPV2) to the front
and a two pound residual valve (RPV2)
to the rear.

This kit includes two hard lines that connect the master cylinder (with 1/2" & 9/16" ports) to the proportioning valve.

My husband ordered this for a vintage car he is working on. I have no clue what it is or what it does, but according to him, it worked perfectly. So, if you know what you are looking at and wondering if it works, i suppose it does!

If you are doing a front and rear disc conversion on a GM vehicle this is an excellent option. It bolts right to the master so it makes running new lines much easier.I have a 1971 A-body that had disc in the front from the factory and I did a rear disc conversion. I needed a disc/disc proportioning valve but didn't want to mount it down on the frame like the original disc/drum valve. This kit with the bracket allowed me to mount it up on the master like the 1970 model.Excellent braking performance.This same kit would cost you twice as much at speedway, jegs, summit, etc.Highly recommend.

Pappy sez, Very nice. This kit is for Disk/Disk brakes. It is just like a part I would expect from a hotrod catalog company. I am installing this with a rear axle out of a S10 Blazer, they were equipped with factory disk brakes. The front brakes are "GM metric" disks.Something to remember, that switch on the top is NOT a brake light switch, it is a Fault Warning Switch and would make the red "Brake" light in the instrument cluster light up if the system lost pressure.I think it's a good value and I Approve.I Hope My Review And Pictures Were Helpful To You !!
