Exactly as described. These are made with a thick canvas material and have a solid metal band that you pinch the opposite direction off and it keep treats secured! You could definitely use this as a change purse or whatever really. I am not kidding..it's pretty nice and for the price.. can't beat it. I train service dogs and this has been amazing out and about so far. It's also a plus that it's not an eyesore on my purse. =] I love animals but I don't need cartoony prints or paw prints on every-single-item I use daily.I gifted the green one to a client and they loved it.

This is a nice, small dog treat pouch. Convenient size to clip on a dog leash without being too bulky. Can open with one hand and it closes itself, preventing treats from spilling out.
