Lifting weights is fine, but unbalanced dead weight that shifts is about as close to testing your core, strength, balance, grip and explosion. This system makes you think more about how you will engage. You need to pay attention with this system. Injuries are waiting for you to get distracted or too "into" the music. I saw a significant increase in stamina after about a month of using this with cardio and weight lifting with two-three days a week of variations. I loaded the system to capacity and quickly found out that I was not ready for it! Im 225, 6feet and have been working out all of my life. Sandbags are a must. They are just short of working with human weight (humans resist and move so thats what sandbags are missing). Stay chiseled.
