I take a bath at least twice a week, and I’ve had this for a couple months now and have not had any issues with drainage. To clean the drain it is simple to twist out the plug. It fit perfectly from our old drain which was rusted, this was such an upgrade. We got it in the color black which scared me because I didn’t think it would hold up from scratching. It has held up from scratches though and still looks new. If you have the right tools the installation is simple.

This bath drain kit is easy to install and looks great in the matte black finish we ordered! The finish is nice and smooth, with no rough edges or flaws, and I think most anyone can easily install this drain kit fairly quickly. The parts seem sturdy enough and I'm hoping that this kit will last for years to come. I think that for the low cost, this drain kit is worth trying!

This is an excellent set to update your tub to the more modern matte black color to match matte black bathroom fixtures. Easy to install. Very well made parts. Looks great. Highly recommend.

This tip-toe tub drain looks great, works nicely, and installation was super easy. The main reason I ordered it is because I decided to switch the existing (and old) chrome hardware in the guest bathroom with new matte black hardware. The tub drain was starting to show signs of rust and, turns out, the rubber seal under it was nearly completely degraded too. Minus the time it took to clean the gunk out of the old drain cavity, installation of this new tip-toe drain took less than 5 minutes. It screws right in, but keep in mind you'll need plumbers putty to seal it, which isn't included. It looks great with the rest of my matte black shower hardware and pops up smoothly. I filled the tub and let it sit for over an hour - no leaks, no issues.I will say, I didn't use the overflow plate it comes with. The existing plumbing in my spare bath is configured for a snap-on overflow plate, which would require quite a bit of work to reconfigure. So, I ordered a snap-on overflow plate separately in matte black. But the one included in this set seems nice, and I can't imagine there'd be any issues with installing it. It's just a simple plate with two screws... can't get much more straightforward than that.All in all, it's a high-quality pop up drain at a great value, and one that I'd recommend without hesitation.

Away some money on this and can't return it because I had some problems with the adapter ring. I would never buy these again with an adapter so you either have one size or the other size whether without the adapter. I don't like that I mess things up and ended up wasting my money.
