I've ordered several of these for when I have my baby girl in a few months. Most of them have been way too big however, this one seems to be the perfect size for a newborn. It is also very soft, ties/unties easily, and just overall feels like good quality. The only thing is that I did not realize that it has lines all down it (I guess its like ribbed? If thats the word for it) but I think I just didnt notice before ordering.I am happy with my purchase for sure!

My baby was 7lbs 5oz at birth and this was huuuuge on her. The neck area was way too wide and was falling off both shoulders. Made me a little sad because I wanted this for pictures I’m the hospital but it was just too big. She had a blowout at her first pediatrician visit and this was all I had in the diaper bag so I put it on and it was still too big at 8lbs.It is super silky soft though and I love the color. Very true to the pictures. It will be a nice lightweight sleeping option when she gets a little bigger. Just keep in mind if you want it as a going home outfit, it won’t fit smaller babies.

My daughter was 3 weeks old when we took this picture. She weighed 11 pounds & I purchased the smallest size I believe was 0-3 mos./ 0-6mos. Her normal size. It’s stretchy & she’s able to grow into it. The bow fit perfect for her and the color is like a mauve rose pink. We washed cold & hung up to dry to prevent any shrinking & color stayed the same. I ordered 3 different knotted gowns and returned all of them this BRAND HERE is by far the best!! I love how stretchy and comfortable the material is ! Definitely ordering only from this shop now and shipping was fast extremely happy with my purchase! I got the size newborn and I can’t wait to try it on my little I would say it’s true to size all the other companies have 0-3 and the material is a strong thick cotton that doesn’t stretch like these ones!

I knew we wanted a knot gown for our hospital stay and I researched a tons of different brands. Posh Peanut, Caden Lane, Solly Baby, loulou &Co, you name it. This one stands up to all those name brands; It's buttery soft and washes up wonderfully. It has the built in mittens which was a must for us. The blue is a vibrant Neptune color and even more beautiful in person. Our only downfall is that it doesn't come in more colors! Instead of 1 $50 name brand gown get two of these, you won't be disappointed!
