B-E-A-U-tiful dishset! Some bowls, some plate bowls, and some plates are all included! The color is beautiful, so much so my girlfriend was pleasantly surprised that I had "such refined taste." They fare well in the dishwasher and are perfect for plating a delicious meal that you may want to show off your creations. Now, I must say, I have had some breakage/chips from realtively light impact falls (one being on a carpet), but just shows me that I need to be more careful if anything. Great dishwear, would certainly buy another set!

I'm a fan. I like the rim on the plates. Work well in the microwave. These have become my go-to plates. Large for dinner and medium for lunch/snacks.I got plain white to match my existing dishes - and they do - but I wish I had gotten one of the other colors as the flaked color effect looks even better. The bowls are good for a side dish, but too small for a meal-sized portion of stew. I don't love how inefficiently they stack due to the vertical sides, but I suppose that's a compromise to match the style of the plates.Shipped well boxed with no damage. I haven't chipped or damaged any with normal use either. They're not heavy (good) unless compared to plastic.

The Terra ceramic dinnerware set for 4 are very pretty ceramic dishes. They are well made. They are a classic modern style that will never go out of style. I highly recommend these dishes.I would order again.

I absolutely love the look of these dishes as well as the quality of them. However, I should’ve noticed that the bowls stack directly one on top of another and they don’t necessarily sit recessed inside of each other like my old set did. Because of this, I can only stack four at a time. We have a big family and therefore I have to purchase service for 12 and because they don’t stack well they would make three stacks of nothing but just bowls. My cabinet space is very limited and unfortunately, I cannot have small stacks of dishes spread out, but instead I need to stack as many as I can in one spot. Sounds silly, but that is the downfall of a kitchen with limited cabinets. I also must have a cheap or strange or both dishwasher because the plates and bowls don’t fit well in between the spokes of my dishwasher racks. My dishwasher is fairly annoying though. I also have only ever owned stoneware and that stuff is indestructible. This is my first set of ceramic and I’ve heard ceramic is more prone to chipping and cracking - THOUGH this set has held up really well so far! I’m still going to give it five stars even with my issues because it has nothing to do with the quality or the beauty of these dishes. They may work out perfectly for you - ever so sadly, they’re just not for me at this time.

I like this dish set a lot. The design seems like something you would find at pottery barn. They seem well made and heavy, but not overly heavy. They don't specifically say "stoneware" but they seem to be stoneware. I like the lips on the end of the plates. It's nice to keep runny food on the plate, but they are small enough that the dishes fit in my dishwasher well. The glaze for being "reactive" has a very subtle reactive effect. I would like a little more variation on the surface of the glaze, but i do like how the natural color of the ceramic comes through. This is my only "white" dish and I like the simple elegance for plating, without it being a too boring plain white chinaware.Overall a great set for four. The only thing I might not be too fond of is the shape of the bowls? They are more shaped like large ramekins than soup bowls. Not fond of the 90 degree angle bottom for soups, but they are really cute for baked items like scalloped potatoes, Macaroni and cheese and even individual lasagnas. So, I am still happy they were included in the set.
