Your cart is empty.The Silent Rider (formerly Benz) is an auxiliary muffler that when attached to your stock/OEM exhaust system quiets the popping noise of your ATV/UTV's stock muffler alone. It is easy to install and remove, giving you the flexibility to stalk your target in stealth, or have fun being loud.
The Silent Rider is designed for 4-stroke gasoline engines only. Not for use with diesel engines. The Silent Rider does not reduce power or performance.

This silencer will slip-on, or pressure fit, directly to the stock muffler exhaust opening or tailpipe. Once the sturdy mounting brackets are in place and properly secured, the installation is complete. It should only take minutes to install!

My ear meter says 20% reduction in noise but the buzzing is down about 80% which is why i couldnt talk to passengers, now I can. Pic shows how far it sticks out. Does not go pass my hitch so not going to burn your legs getting stuff out of bed. Looks like the best bolt on/quite/easy solution out there.

Easy to install and did quiet the exhaust some. I wish it were more effective. I would buy it again. The removal of the spark arresstor from the old muffler was the most difficult part. (ThANKS YOUTUBE) also had to cut away some of the plastic skirting from the back of the machine to allow this to fit. I put it on a 2014 Polaris 800S.

The mounting bars that are welded to the muffler and are used to bolt it to the frame were welded onto the muffler in a hap-hazard manner. One was facing the right direction but the other was twisted about 70 degrees. I was worried that it might break off the muffler when trying to straighten it. For this money, you should not have to deal with that. Both mounting bars had to be re-positioned.Instructions say some worry-some things like: removed it, if you are pulling a heavy load or running hard, or running at over 6,000 feet elevation..Removing the spark arrester from old muffler was somewhat of a chore -- didn't know that would be required.It did take the "bark" out of the exhaust noise but some of the cautions for possible ill effects on the motor under certain conditions are concerning.

Fit is good, went right on my 2010 RZR-800S. Used a decimeter in the cab before and after to see the decrease in decibels.Before install in cab at idle 98dB. at full throttle 109dB.........After install in cab at idle 96dB at full throttle 107dB.One rule of thumb; it takes a 3 dB drop to lower the Sound Pressure Level (SPL) by half, so a 2 DB drop = 34%.And 107dB is still as loud as an aircraft!

Live in an RV park and my RZR 800 could be heard a 1/2 block away and was a problem . Hard to converse with a passenger even at idle.This unit literally cut the perceived noise level in half. Can now have a conversation with the passenger and more importantly the "neighbors" are pleased as well. Had to bend the mounting brackets a bit to get the right angle to slip right on,but was very easy to install.Looks factory installed.Quality product and worth every penny to me. Should have done it sooner.

Pipe fit excellent, just not as quiet as I expected. Seems to have cut the noise in the half.
