  • Specs - Maximum Pressure: 3000 PSI. Maximum Flow: 2.5 GPM. Maximum Pump Speed: 3450 RPM. Shaft Diameter: 3/4" Shaft. 4 Bolt Pattern: 2 5/8" Center to Center between Outer Holes. Maximum Water Temperature: 140° F. Inlet Connection Type: Standard Garden Hose. Outlet Tube Connection: 22mm Male. Refer to images 2 and 3 for more information
  • Includes - (1) Horizontal Pressure Washer Pump with Chemical Injector, Unloader Valve, Thermal Release Valve, Outlet Tube, (1) Keyway, & (1) Hose; comes as shown in the first image
  • This pump mounts horizontal and can face any direction that allows the hose connections to be accessible. Pump needs at least 6HP to handle PSI. Pump head CANNOT be flipped, but pump can be mounted in different directions
  • Please note it is not recommended to run any pressure washer pump above its maximum PSI rating. Doing so can result in damage to the pump (not covered by warranty) and/or serious bodily injury

Pressure Washer Pumps Compatible Brands

  • Many pumps are. However, compatible replacement options do vary depending on your pressure washer’s engine shaft diameter & engine orientation, the original pump’s bolt pattern, and your engine's horsepower.

  • Your original pump was likely a strap-style (or bow tie) pump. That style isn’t made anymore. However, you can remove the spline and use your model number to find a replacement pump that you’ll install directly onto the shaft with a keyway.

  • Our pumps do require a keyway for installation onto the engine shaft. If a keyway is pictured in the listing, it will come with one. If you need to purchase one separately, you can do so from our catalog.

  • Many of our pumps don’t require oil maintenance, but some models do need oil changes. Generally, pumps with an oil vent port will need regular oil changes. Pumps without that port are sealed units and don’t need oil changes.

Had a 12 year old Troy Bilt power washer with a seized pump and was going to throw it away. Replacement pump was only $79.00, far cheaper than a new power washer. Works like new again!

Called Briggs and Stration and they were gonna charge me over 300.00 dollars for a new one. Found this and it's compatible and works great. Also, comes with a brass fitting for the hose attachment. Took me 20 mins to install. I highly recommend

This pump arrived in a few days, and was the perfect replacement for my Troy-Bilt 020241 power washer. Hose connector is better placed than the old pump, pressure hose connector is brass (old one had corroded solid), bolts to engine are MUCH easier to access. I replaced old one with this new one in 10 minutes, worked like a charm. Instructions were easy to follow, concise and informative.

Used this pump on a Troy built pressure washer Model 020242. The pump appears t do the job but I thought it would sound a bit smoother running. I took a 3 year warranty on the pump for $10.00 extra so if I get 3 years out of it I'll be happy. The pump is a completely sealed unit. The pump oil is never changed unlike the original pump that came with the unit. I got over 15 years on the original pump when the seals finally went. It was $50 to replace all the seals or $80 for the replacement. So far I am very satisfied, easy installation maybe 10 minutes if you are not handy we'll see how long it lasts. I hope you find this review helpful.
