This is the perfect addition for our new basketball hoop. We filled it with sand and it holds well, even on windy days. It stays in place and does it's job. I think the safety factor cannot be overstated as once it is filled to capacity (200 lbs) and properly placed, it is not going far and so you can feel confident that your hoop is not going to tip over. It would be difficult for any one person to move it easily, especially a kid, so I just have a lot of piece of mind with this. Good value for the money!

I didn't exactly need this but got it out of caution. It gets pretty windy at my house and the last thing I want is for our basketball hoop to come crashing down on my kids. I filled this with sand, rocks, gravel and dirt. It works well and looks better than rocks and cinder blocks. I'm happy with it.

This was fast and easy to fill, although clearly a spilled a bit. I put in 3 bags of sand, which was 150 pounds worth. It looks about 3/4 full. I think this will be sufficient weight for my hoop to not fall over, but I can add more if needed. The quality of this is very impressive for the price. It is very stable on the back of the hoop and I have no concerns about it getting knocked off. The only potential negative I could picture is I’m pretty sure my kids will try to use the handles to see if they can lift it. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought a second one and filled them each with 200 lbs of sand. I am using them to hold down a trampoline, one on each side. Way better than watching the bags disintegrate over time. I would recommend for a basketball hoop of trampoline (will need two).

This bag essentially gives your hoop a cleaner look without displaying bags of sand on the base. I got it to fit 5 - 30lb sandbags. So far it has held up well in the sun and after all the rain that has come and gone the past few months. Worth the purchase!
