I went up a size and it's MASSIVE. I wanted to be able to wear thick sweaters and such underneath, so I went up, and I kind of look like I stole my daddy's coat. Part of that is because I'm on the shorter side, so it comes almost to the floor. The sleeves absolutely cover my arms, and the button is so low on the wrist that it would have to be taken off and moved to shorten the sleeves even an inch (without looking funny, that is).It's a nice enough coat, but be aware that it's generous. I'm pretty sure my 6 foot (male) spouse could wear this comfortably if the buttons were on the correct side.
