As is typical with girls clothing, well at least my experience, sizes are never the same from one company to the next and it makes it extremely difficult to buy clothing for my daughter! This is one of those companies.

Love the “easy to spot in a crowded place” color choices of this tie dye swim suit! Perfect for my hyperactive child at the splash pad and pool this summer. It’s also great color choices for water safety. I do appreciate how Childrens Place does that with their color branding. UPF fabric. Good strong stitching. MSRP is $26.95 I wouldn’t want to pay that personally. But if you can find this for 30ish-50% off, that’s a good deal. (:

If you are buying this for a girl with any booty at all, get a size larger than normal. The bottoms are very low cut. Purchased for my 5 year old stepdaughter, she's very tall, has a bit of a booty, and she normally wears a size 8. Definitely NOT with this bathing suit. Her bottom popped out every direction with the bottoms, the poor thing. The top was very snug as well. Definitely not comfortable at all.Bought for her first trip to the beach, as it's brightly colored but doesn't clash with her red hair. Easy to see.It's nice to see tankinis for girls this age, some people have no idea how hard it is to get a one piece off a little kid who just wants to go potty and get back to the beach. Luckily I learned that lesson years ago.She ripped the tags off before I could return it, so we are gifting this one and buying the next size up.
