Position: Installed in the last two horizontal strings and tied in the middle vertical strings

Step 1: Fold the dampener in half and passing through the middle two vertical strings

Step 2: Cross the two ends

Step 3: Passing through the gap between the dampener and string

Step 4: Tighten and adjust

The product quality is good. However, the string is too short which makes it super hard to install due to the heavy tension. I succeeded once after 30min hard work and throw all of them away later when I restring my racket. I don’t want to install this one the second time.

Does what you want a dampener to do... maybe! If you use a dampener to reduce the ping of your tennis racket, this will do it. If you expect it to eliminate tennis elbow or make you a better player--try practicing more instead...
