All Access hatches are designed for heavy traffic areas, and will withstand people walking or standing upon them. The Access Slam Hatch features an easy close slam latch that forms a weather tight seal just by closing the hatch. Access Hatches also utilize a integral hinge assembly that allows for easy lid removal. The beveled and skirted lid covers all fasteners for a clean look above or below decks. Kind of expensive for how simple they are. But, they were a direct fit and super easy to install. Time will tell how they hold up, but they look good and seem to be pretty secure.

I needed to replace my two back hatches that were broken/flew off on the highway on the way to the ramp. These hatches were the exact replacement for my 2001 Key Largo 180CC. Very easy to install considering I didn't need to cut anything out. Very durable, you can stand on them with no cracking. Will be buying two of the bigger ones for my console and bow storage areas.

The hatch is actually just under 11"x15" and that is the OUTSIDE dimension. The hole is about 2.5" smaller all the way around. This actually worked out better for me. This was installed as an access hatch for under the bow of a 2013 Tige Z1. So far I like the looks of it.

Exact replacement to my 1995 Starcaft SFM190. Would give it 5 stars, but don't necessarily "love" the original hatch design, since it did break at the hinges.
