The description and the packaging say that this flag is 16 x 24 but it’s actually 14 x 24. I bought it as a set with the Taylor Made US Yacht Ensign (which is 16 x 24 as described) to frame for my son’s room. Now I have 2 different size flags so it looks odd.

I have several excellent Taylor Made flags, however, this one has skimpy and messy embroidered stars and anchor. Plus, like the "past commodore" flag I just returned, the anchor rope makes a weird turn under the left fluke, spoiling the design.

Taylor made makes a nice quality product - our prior burgee lasted for 10 years - wind driven rain, salt water and the harsh climate finally ate it away. Fast forward, a new shiny burgee, the construction seems improved and we're anxious to see how long this one lasts.The overall constructions seems much more durable and grommets for attaching the burgee to your pole are better quality metal.
