I bought Taylor made because of the name. The fiberglass box is perfect. But whovever installed the latch did not align or try to latch the latch because it is 1/2 off center. I have cut the shipping box up before I saw the latch and now I have to ship it back. American made!

Bought was as a gift for my son. Three months later a storm came through with some strong wind. The lock system failed as seen in the photos. Under no conditions should wind be able to rip the still locked latch from the dock box. Contacted the manufacturer and they refused to help in any way.I suggest you stay away form Taylor Made products.

Perfect for narrow docks and maintaining a wide path for dock carts and people to pass by. By bolting it with about an inch of overhang its profile is flush with power/light/water posts. As you can see, the space inside is expansive and holds cleaning supplies, grill + accessories, fishing tackle and rods, with room left over for safety gear and anything else you might want to leave dockside.

I bought two. Well made, lid closed nicely and finished on inside. Company's packaging needs to improve. Box is to thin and 4 pieces in total styrofoam, one in each corner which is jot enough. On one unit lid by latch was damaged in shipping I assume. There ia too much movement in box during shipment. Returned one unit and awaiting refund.

Great dock box with plenty of room to store all my fishing rods and tackles as well as all my life jackets and a couple of large towables (deflated of course) for the boat, a small cooler and several other items. I saw another review where the owner had problems with rain getting inside their box. We've had a lot of rain this past spring and summer. In the words of Forrest Gump, "We've been through every kind of rain there is...little bitty stingin' rain and big ol' fat rain, rain that flew in sideways and sometimes rain even seemed to come straight up from underneath". Everything has stayed perfectly dry. I think the key is making sure your box is level otherwise water may find its way inside your box through surface tension. I have my dock box mounted on pressure treated 2x4's which are mounted on my dock and perfectly level. This allowed me to drill several holes in the bottom so water can easily drain in case it ever did make its way into the box. I'm very pleased with this product and will more than likely purchase a second one for my dock.
