High quality tartar fórceps

This is a great idea. However I have small dogs with small if not tiny teeth. I wish I could take the forceps apart so I could place the face of the forcep on teeth with plaque. It breaks the plaque and makes it easy to remove. But its too big for tiny mouths and tiny teeth.
