This is my first compression/slimming item I have ever owned, so I do not know if this is what all feel like. It took me a while to get used to being "squeezed", but I did look better in my dress clothes. This also seems to be a quality made item as it snaps back to it's made shape very well after uses and cleanings. Overall I am happy with this product, but I wish I had the ability to naturally get toned like i could 30 years ago.

This worked great with several tight shirts that were “too revealing” (in that they showed too many details of the chest!). Now those shirts can be worn with confidence! In addition to slimming and smoothing they are also comfortable to wear! Nice!

I was very overweight, but have lost about 80 lbs over the past 9 months. I have an umbilical hernia that really shows now since ive lost the weight. This shirt majorly helps with that! It keeps it pushed in so its not sticking out so far, and, also helps to keep some of the loose skin compressed since losing so much weight. Good quality and the fit is nice! Very comfortable!

My husband needed a compression shirt for under his dress shirt and suit and this Tailong compression shirt did the job. It fits well, feels smooth, no wrinkles and isn't noticeable under a shirt. Great value!

This shirt is comfortable even while compressing my waistline effectively. It fits well, and isn't noticeable under a shirt. I'm happy with the quality, especially given the price of the shirt.

I have 5 or 6 other compression shirts from this seller, and this one is different than any and all of them. In my opinion, this shirt is more effective in it's slimming effects and it is more comfortable than any of the older shirts. I am able to put this shirt on pretty easily, and I am able to put it on over my head like any normal shirt. The material that the shirt is made with has a slick feel to it. It feels good against my skin, and I believe that the slickness of the material helps make it easier to put on and take off. The quality of this shirt is high, especially in areas that get tugged on and pulled on a lot. There are many double and triple rows of stitching on this shirt, which leads me to believe that it will be a part of my wardrobe for years to come. Another good feature is that it can be washed in a washing machine. It doesn't have to be washed by hand like so many of these types of shirts recommend. It does need to be hung to dry, and it dries faster than I ever thought it would. This shirt works exceptionally well on the chest. Man boobs, like mine, can't be seen while wearing this shirt. My posture is much better when I am wearing this shirt because it pulls my shoulders back. My love handles and lower abdominals look the way I want them to when I wear this shirt. The strong compression in those areas is exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered this shirt. I also have no problems when I wear this shirt for long periods of time. I can feel the compression but it isn't bothersome or uncomfortable. I can honestly say that my ego, my self-esteem is definitely better while I am wearing this shirt because I like the way I look in it. If you have some experience with compression/slimming shirts, the 0X is equivalent to between a medium and large size of other compression/slimming shirts, but easier to put on and take off.
