I didn't like the fact that they don't tell you if it's a hard tip or a soft tip. I ordered mine and the tip was hard as a rock. Had to have my own tip put on it. Other than that it plays well.

Poolnstick looks amazing but it's arrived in a box with no padding. Pool stick is bent. No good for use. I'd return it if I wasn't over seas. It's too much hassle. Definitely disappointed
