This pan is incredible, everything just slides off when done. I use oil or butter, but i dont think you would need to. Just heat it up slowly, this should last a lifetime. Love it

I bought this to make whole grain tortillas or crepes and it worked beautifully. I love this pan. I don't have any issues with its weight, it isn't necessarily heavy but I wouldn't say it is light weight. I'd rather it be sturdy and long-lasting than light weight. The tortillas slid right off. Clean up was a breeze.

This pan replaces our old daily breakfast pan (an 8" All Clad non stick pan that, ultimately, started to chip and flake). So far I love this pan! My only (very minor) complaint is that it is a bit slower to get up to cooking temp on our Samsung Induction cooktop/hob. This is likely due to how thick and heavy the bottom is. But once its up to temp (we normally cook our eggs on medium heat) it is a fantastic pan. We use only silicon tools on it; nothing seems to stick to it. I love the lower lip side that allows fried eggs to slip off onto the plate with ease! Highly recommended! Now if we can just save up for the rest of the Swiss Diamond collection!

This was the final addition to my collection, having previously purchased two frying pans. I cannot say enough about how well these pans deliver heat. Using a gas stove it takes a noticeable moment to heat up, unlike my other non stick pans. Once up to temp these deliver heat very well with an absence of "hot spots". You CAN actually cook eggs (and flip 'em) without oil. Just note that they work best at mid to mid/high level heat. If you are going to use high temps I'd go with cast iron.

As a a new owner of an induction cooktop I was forced to abandon my old crepe pans and buy something new. I thought the Swiss Diamond product would fit the bill, but I am a bit disappointed at how long it takes for the pans to come to temperature. I have other induction cookware that has a copper core sandwiched in between stainless steel and that construct heats up very quickly. The Swiss Diamond product is primarily made of aluminum with a steel core and heats up much more slowly (even when set at a relatively high temp setting). Once the pans do come to temperature they function just as well as my previous crepe pans. I do like the non-stick surface and the product does deliver in making good crepes.

My last stovetop cracked and after we replaced it, the pancake griddle pan I had no longer worked on it. No idea why it worked on the old induction stovetop and not the new one, but there you go. I ordered one from Houzz that was supposed to work and didn't, eventually found in the itty bitty text on the manufacturers website, that it was not part of their induction collection. I didn't have time to go around to department stores with a magnet and find one that worked the old fashioned way. So after much internet searching found this one. A little pricier than I had hoped (and might have found if I had wandered around Target with a magnet) but it is a nice looking pan, good heft but not as heavy as cast iron, which is what I thought I'd have to use. Assuming it lasts forever, I'm content.

My son turned me on to Swiss Diamond and now I'm convinced he was right, that it's better than the Circulon he and I have used in the past. I bought the crepe pan primarily for super size pancakes. To save time I store the stacked super-sized pancakes in the freezer to be eaten after a quick heat-up in microwave.It's important to read care instructions. Never use on high heat because a low or medium heat will heat pan up to "high." I simply use a wadded up paper towel to wipe off any pancake drops, then rinse it out with a little soap & water to clean it. With a quick wipe-around from dish towel, it's ready to put back.

Je l'ai enfin utilisée. Effectivement, il n'y a rien qui attaché. Elle remplit bien son office et tient bien en main. Je n'ai bien sûr aucune expérience au sujet de sa longévité. Un reproche, ils auraient pu penser à des manches amovibles.

I like this product because pan is very well design, it is a totally non stick pan. Even a melted cheese does not stick to the pan. Thus it becomes very easy to clean it. Also it retains heat very well so I like it.

Excellente crêpière, forme un peu bizarre mais au final adaptée à l'usage. Ne colle absolument pas. Inconvénient: Un peu lourde
