it helps me to swim faster and build strong muscles on my shoulders to swim long distance. Now, it is time for my sons to use the same hand paddles to swim faster. It is easy to use but need to rinse with fresh water (no chlorine) after your every exercises/workouts.

Exelente flow ojo .tienes que tener muy buena técnica en la brazada al entrar y al salir .de lo contrario la perderás de tu mano ...opta por una que Cruze otra liga sobre la muñeca y te dé más agarre y seguridad .
