These are good to give you a little more resistance when walking in the pool for physical therapy and my grandson plays with them too

Simple and fits perfectly. I have small hands so I'm not sure how it would work for others. I've purchased more expensive versions of these paddles but these are my go-to. Less is more!

I’ve started wearing ankle and wrist weights while swimming for extra resistance, and decided to add these paddles for even more resistance. Though I looked at webbed gloves, opted for the paddles for the quick dry function over the neoprene. Paddles fit well and stay on my hands. Pleasantly surprised to find that they have helped precision in form of front crawl strokes. Also, feel a difference in stretch of side muscles (obliques, maybe?). Happy with this purchase and would recommend!

I like the price point - very affordable. I like the concave design. However, they are too small especially around the thumb side of hand - which makes it a little awkward stroke wise. I’d give 5 stars if larger and fit entire outline of hand. Band is comfortable.

These hand paddles are just the right size. Many models are too large and give way too much resistance in the water. These cover the width of my hand and afford just the amount of resistance and power for a good work out. Will buy them again when my current ones wear out.
