These sparkly seatbelt covers are beautifully sparkly. They wrap around the seatbelt and fasten on the back with a strip of velcro. I thought that they would be a bit rough and scratchy but they aren't and they stop the seatbelt from cutting into my neck as bad as it does without it. And they look great inside the car!
