Wonderful company to work with. My old Pier One directors chair looks new again. The material well made and heavy and the color beautiful. I dragged another old directors chair out from storage and plan to order another replacement seat from same company. Delivery was swift.

I had a couple issues with my order that their customer service addressed flawlessly. First, my package wasn't delivered and they refunded my order so I could place another order. Second, one of my sticks snapped after a couple weeks of use. They responded immediately saying they'd send me new sticks, and gave me some suggestions as to how to install the sticks in the best way possible. Very reliable customer service!The product itself is good, I like the gingko color a lot. They seem quite water repellent, I have mine on a balcony and I save seen water literally sit on the fabric and not be absorbed. They're easy to brush clean when dry. The top fabric piece, behind the back, is a tad wider than what I need on my chairs, maybe like half an inch wider than my old piece. But that is an easy fix I will probably just do on my sewing machine. They are functional as is as well, I am sitting it in typing this.A bit pricy with the shipping but I do recommend these.

Director chair replacement canvas seemed like good quality. Seat size was close but turned out to fit very loosely - so needed to return.Paid $9 shipping to get item, BUT had to pay $22 to return. Obviously seller is profiting on returns at buyers expense!!

It took three times to get it right but when I did the final product looks amazing. Put them on some 20 year old Pier One Captain Chairs and they look brand new.To clarify, we did not like the first color in return them. Second time my error in that he did not order the correct side pieces for the seat third time I got the Same color, but with the flat wood pieces on the edge. The companies responsiveness and shipping was amazing.

Ended up having to use screws to hold it into my chair. Otherwise it kept falling out of it's holding slot. Material was much thinner than the one I replaced and the provided wood strips would not keep it in place. The slot pockets would not allow the use of the old ones because the stitching was too narrow.

I had a director’s chair that was looking pretty shabby because the seat and backing material were worn out. The wooden part of the chair was still in great condition. I was very happy to find out that I could order replacement canvas at such a reasonable price. The chair looks new again and I am very pleased.

The material is excellent, but the description did not include length and width of the back and seat cover. The seat cover fit perfectly but the back cover was much wider by several inches and I had to have it shortened to fit the chair back. Not the end of the world but inconvenient as I don't have a sewing machine.
