Our twin grandsons have so many stuffed animals of all sizes which take up most of the room on their beds and the floor 😉! These are perfect to help them organize them while also letting them pick and choose which ones they want to keep with them for the night or play with during the day. They can still see them as they are hanging neatly over their closet doors and also encourages them to take better care of their "stuffies." I had considered other brands which keep them on the ceiling, but that's not practical for young children. These are solidly made, not flimsy at all, and the hooks to hang them are nice and big and able to handle the weight when filled. You get 2 for a great price, takes minutes to set up, and I would buy again!

The pockets are lightweight net and the back is a piece of fabric. It’s not supportive so anything bulky or heavy will fall out. The pockets sag outward even when empty. It looks as inexpensive as it is. We got this organizer to put shoes in, but when we put my wife’s flats standing up in a pocket side by side as the listing photo shows, they fell out. My photo shows one pair laying horizontally, that stayed inside the pocket. The hooks are not sturdy so a helpful hint would be to swap out the hooks it came with heavy duty hooks, or anchor it directly to a wall. This would be ok in a child’s room for stuffed animals and lightweight toys, arts and crafts. I hope my photo and review is helpful to you.

I admit that I didn't order this for use with stuffed animals (which I would think would be too large or plentiful for the organizer to really be useful for) but rather to organize things such as electronic cords and other doodads. I would say that whatever you would want to use it for, as long as it fits this organizer will do a great job. It's tall - roughly five feet - and you get two of them. They have five compartments each, and those compartments are about half a foot deep. I had no trouble storing a bunch of rolled-up cords, chargers, and other pieces of electronics in them. Each compartment resembles an open oven door with the bottom being sewn close to the backing material and opening wider as the compartment goes up. The max depth of the compartments is about 6-8 inches. This is a good number because it means that the compartments don't sag far open enough to drop most of what you'd likely put in them (though, again, I think that only smaller stuffed animals will fit - each compartment is about roughly the size of a football). The organizers come with flat hooks to use for slinging over the tops of doorways and these hooks are slotted through holes which would also work just fine for hanging on nails if you'd rather have them against flat walls. There's even a thin bar of material inside the top to prevent sagging. I think that these are a great value for the money - they work exactly as intended and are hung without issue - and would gladly order more of them.

I got these organizers for my son’s room. My son is autistic and absolutely loves stuffed animals, it’s how we motivate him to go to school or other places he doesn’t particularly love (basically a chore chart reward) so to say that we have an insane amount would be an understatement. My son loves that they hang on his closet and he can see it from his bed, he thinks they’re little beds for his plushies. So the visual of being able to see them is great. My doors don’t work with these, they can’t close all of the way, so if that’s something that will bother you, make sure to measure the gap like the photos show in the product photos. It isn’t a big deal to me that they don’t close all of the way, since it’s just on my son’s closet doors and he typically keeps them open anyways. Knowing my son, he won’t be rough on the storage, but I would be worried about the quality lasting if you have younger kids who might tug on the pockets. It seems flimsy and not the greatest quality. We can fit about 2-3 stuffed animals in each pocket, they’re probably about the 10-15” plushies, so not a ton, but I would consider it a decent amount for most kids’ collections of plushies. The pockets are pretty loose and if you’re not storing them for plushies, you might be frustrated at the slack that they give and items may fall out. For my purposes, it works. It makes it easier to get the plushies in and out for my son. I’m not 100% convinced that it’s worth the price, per the quality, but I do like that there are two organizers and you can either put them side by side or on different doors. If the quality holds up over the next few months, I’ll probably order another set just because I do like the size and my son has plenty more plushies that need to be easily accessible but stored off his bed.
