MODE FOR Wooden
- 1. The operating environment of the instrument needs to be operated at a humidity of less than 60%RH
- 2. Before use, the instrument must be calibrated to zero on the detection surface, and the next detection can be performed after 0K
- 3. There should be no moisture in the operation interface.
- 4. This instrument is only used for surface detection of gypsum board or homogeneous wood board
- 5. When operating and moving, try to move slowly and at a uniform speed, not sometimes fast and sometimes slow
- 6. When operating, let the product purple paste detect the surface, and there must be no up and down shaking
- 7. Deep mode can be used to detect deeper wooden files
MODE FOR Electrical Conductor
- 1. The wire to be tested must be a single-strand copper wire
- 2. The wall, the rubber outside the wire, and the plastic tube covering the wire all have an attenuation effect on the AC signal, so the actual detection depth will be less than 5CM
- 3. The humidity of the AC detection environment must be less than 30%RH.
- 4. During the detection process, hands or fingers cannot touch the detection surface.
- 5. There are steel nets or metal objects on the wires that can shield the AC signal, and the AC may not be detected
- 6. If the machine beeps in open air, the instrument needs to be calibrated and reset to zero.

Handliches Gerät, erfolgreicher Test für Stromleitung. Aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert. In der Praxis muss das Gerätsich natürlich weiter beweisen, was aus meiner Sicht aber funktionieren sollte.

I didn't even get to use this stud finder for its sole purpose because upon powering it up (or lack there-of) it immediately became hot in the battery port. Upon further examination, after I opened the battery door, I discovered that the extreme heat had burned the coating off the batteries that were provided in the original packaging. Damn near singed my fingertips off. I switched out the provided generic batteries with Energizer's and the SAME thing happened....Need I say more?

Was using to scan for live wires (one of the fetures of this stud detector) but found it to be very inconsistent and inaccurate, will stop you drilling through a cable.... by alarming at the entire wall. Not useless but far to inaccurate to help you find gaps to drill
