While I'm not thrilled the head broke, it happens. The important thing is my warranty request was handled immediately and a new head was shipped out quickly.

We registered it with the company and we have not yet received any further instructions on how to get the head replaced.

Bought this for my son and piece broke during the faceoff. I submitted a warranty claim and within 24 hours a new replacement was sent!
