This 10Ft Street Light Pole is a fantastic choice for outdoor lighting. It’s sturdy and well-made, perfect for areas like basketball courts, parking lots, and residential areas. I used it for a solar street light, and it’s been great. The height is ideal for spreading light evenly across the area. Easy to install and durable, it’s an excellent addition for any outdoor lighting setup.

Good value. 10’ pole is in addition to 2 others I currently have. Easy to assemble and dissemble. Very sturdy compared to similar light poles. Functions very well.

This is a good light to moderate duty light pole. Including the cage with instructions to mount it in cement is a fair suggestion that I would follow, especially for the longer poles or if you have any more than a trivial amount of weight mounted on it. I’m actually impressed with their including it as their suggested installation method instead of telling people they can get away without using cement, so points in their favor here. The steel used is “Q235” alloy which is an alloy standard used in China and not the US, but it’s probably most similar to A36 steel in the US. They don’t say what grade of Q235 it is, and China uses four different grades which would be indicated by the letter ‘A’ - ‘D’ at the end of the Q235 designation. A is the lowest grade and D is the highest. I don’t know what grade this is and have no way of knowing unfortunately. It isn’t a very thick walled pole, though I haven’t measured it yet. I wish they included this information. And remember it’s weakened somewhat by being in sections and held together with a sleeve/screw type system. It’s not uncommon or bad necessarily, just something to consider when determining the max load you want on this pole.Personally, I’d be hesitant to put a heavy light or a light with a large flat area on it that could catch a lot of wind. The pole could no doubt support the weight vertically, but all poles will oscillate in the wind and any weight at the very top (or a de facto sail) is going to amplify the force that’s applied and it will be at an oblique angle. So for me this is a nice pole for lighter, smaller lights that should do that sort of job well, but isn’t particularly suited to a large heavy light or load. At the price it’s offered it’s a fair deal and I can highly recommend it with all that in mind.
