I had high hopes for this steam mop, but it turned out to be a major letdown. The design needs serious improvements—the heater is in the hand attachment, making it heavy and uncomfortable to hold, putting strain on my wrist and shoulders. Worst of all, it barely produces any steam, making it ineffective for cleaning. I regret throwing away the box because this would be going back immediately. Save yourself the frustration—look for a better option!

I like this product. I bought it to clean a new place I moved into that was super gross. It worked really well at first but the more I use it, the less it works. Kinda disappointed but what can I expect for the price.

I wanted to love this, but nope…-The heater it up high at your hand, so it’s heavy on your wrist and shoulder, but no weight at the floor where you need to do the cleaning.-The steamer pad is pretty small at least compared to my old Shark.-The cord is very thick and inflexible-There is a wire brush attachment and a stiff bristle brush attachment, but it would be more useful to have a softer brush that could be washed.

I like all the parts it comes with, the cord isn’t very long. I’m in an apartment and I have to remove the plug so I can mop the livingroom area. I’m not very confident that the mop pads actually pick up the dirt, I dried with a towel afterwards and the leftover steam/water was very dirty. I’d like the mop pads to be able to lock in dirt like other steam mop pads. But in general it isn’t that bad
