EZ install. Seriously great product with incredibly easy instructions. It took me 2 hours to complete the process, but that's mainly because I'm somewhat of a perfectionist so cable management had to be perfect. (Even though it's hidden inside of a dash where no one will ever see it! 😭)I don't know what's up with the the negative reviews saying bad things about this product but I would venture a guess that, like most things in life, there's some operator error going on where the end user does not follow the instructions properly then blames the manufacturer. That or it's the competition lying to lower customer ratings.

I installed this on my wife's 2020 Dodge Durango. I watched a few installation videos and was able to install it in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the ease of installation and how flawlessly it works. Just press LOCK on the fob 3 times and it starts after a few seconds. Couldn't be happier.

The product shipped quickly. It was not difficult to install or program. Read all of the instructions and watch the videos before installing and things will be fine. Works with the factory remote. I have a 2021 and the install videos were for 2020 so I had to improvise on dash panel removal. Work great. No more stepping into an oven at the end of the work day. Glad I installed this in my car.

My only complaint is that when the vehicle is running after being remote started, the yellow parking lights don’t come on to indicate that it’s running. The remote start is linked into the automatic headlights. Therefore, the lights only come on to indicate that it’s running when it’s dark enough that the headlights would turn on. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and have recommended it to others.

There is no video of installation in a 2023 Dodge Durango. Biggest problem is figuring ouy how to safely remove the start stop button trim. Other than that, installation was just like the other videos. I took off half a star for lack of installation for my model year.As for the operation of the remote start, three taps on the remotes lock button starts the car. However, each tap honks the horn, as well as a confirmation honk to say the car started. It would be nice to be able to silence those honks. Also, no where in the installation manual didnit say how to operate. I got lucky and found a seperate video by an independent person showing how to use it. Half a star for those. Overall, product works as intended. Installation is easy if you a general mechanics sense and dont mind removing bits and pieces from a brand new car.
