Just as another reviewer posted a video of a small stream of fuel spraying out of the side of the regulator, mine did as well. I would have tried to record a video, but after several KeyOn cycles, the leak became a quick drop forming rather than a fine stream.

Worked great ! However the nipple on the vacuum line is smaller than the OEM part (could have been 30 year old worn out hose) but it worked fine with a fresh cut line.

Just be sure to remove the two old O rings that are stuck in the old regulator after you remove the fuel line QD connector. Or better yet replace the whole QD / O ring system, usually available at the dealership for under $10. You don't want to have a fuel leak.
