The item was as described. How ever the plastic washer & cap do not snap together well at all the pieces separate just sitting there . Good thing it’s cheep . Don’t waist money on this item .

I think it's a bit overpriced for a screw. I thought it was some specialized screw to prevent theft, but it's a plain old torx screw. Not worth the price in my opinion.
