These work great and give your shoulders and arms a great workout. The large size was perfect for my large hands. Appears to be well made and sturdy.

I bought a medium and i think it’s a little big (I measured my palm and it’s about 4” - 4.25” across). if i was to buy it again I would probably get a small. other than that it works great for catching water during my swim sets.

These swim hand paddles will last you for years. Unfortunately, I lost mine at the gym so I had to buy replacements definitely, I would recommend measuring your hand width and length before buying these paddles to get the right size.

These paddles would be just fine if I had bought the right size. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that they would be too big for me. But certainly recommend. Pretty easily adjustable and once you get used to them, definitely help you work on your stroke.

Bought to help with increasing the water resistance while swimming laps- very happy with the color, functions well and they are comfortable to use! Seems to be very durable and the size is perfect!

I swim approximately three times a week and I saw another swimmer wearing these types of paddles. She said they give your arms a better workout so I thought I'd give them a try. They were a little clumsy getting used to at first, but now I love them. And I can really feel the muscles in my arms after my swim. Highly recommend!

My arms do most of the propulsion for me when swimming and these really move water. Not only do they help you move faster but, they also help to strengthen your arms with more resistance. My only complaint is that they really need just a little more strapping to be adjustable for men. My hands are long but, my fingers are narrow and these barely fit. If I were a hamfist these would be too small.

Las compre para mi hijo de 7 años y tiene su mano muy delgada, por lo tanto batallaba para encontrarle su talla y que al momento de nadar no se le fuera a zafar. Me encanto el diseño para sujetar su mano y la talla pequeña es justo su medida.
